Protective Ceramic Coating in Brooklyn
What Is A Ceramic Coating?
Ceramic Pro is the global leader in nanoceramic surface protection. A high-end ceramic coating is only as good as the paint correction underneath it. If a shop doesn't level your clear coat perfectly, they are just locking swirl marks under a hardened shield. At our Red Hook studio, we spend hours on the prep work before the bottle is even opened. We apply a liquid nano-ceramic formula that cures into an ultra-hard barrier, sitting up to 5 times stronger than your factory clear coat. Colossal Motorsports has protected NYC's best cars for 30 years, and as a certified installer with over 5 years dedicated specifically to advanced ceramic tech, we know how to give your paint a glass-like finish that rejects Brooklyn road grime.

The Colossal Standard
A ceramic coating only looks as good as the paint underneath it. Most shops do a quick wash and wipe on a coating, permanently locking swirl marks and wash scratches under a hardened shell. We don't operate like that.
The Colossal standard means we perform a full, multi-stage paint correction before we ever open a bottle. We spend hours leveling your factory clear coat to remove holograms and defects. We only use professional-grade, high-solids formulas that actually molecularly bond to the surface. When a vehicle leaves our Red Hook studio, it doesn't just look glossy; it has a true, mirror-flat finish that is armored for years.
PPF or Ceramic
Coating?
Owners constantly ask us whether they need PPF or a ceramic coating. If you drive your car hard in the city, you should do both. They serve two totally different purposes. Paint Protection Film (PPF) is your physical armor against rock chips and deep scratches. Ceramic coating is your chemical armor, making maintenance a breeze by repelling water and road tar. At Colossal, we execute the ultimate preservation stack: we apply self-healing PPF first, then coat directly over the film to prevent yellowing and lock in a flawless finish.
